NEW SOUTH WALES, Revenue Branch Colonial Treasury, Sydney, 8 May 1839, receipt for thirty eight pounds eight shillings sterling as a deposit against three hundred and eighty four pounds for purchase of six hundred and forty acres in the County of Bourke at twelve shillings per acre, signed by the Colonial Treasurer. Very fine and rare.
