MACEDON, Terone, (500-480 B.C.), silver tetrobol or sixth stater, (2.18 g), obv. bunch of grapes on oinochoe to left in dotted circle, rev. quadripartite incuse square, (cf.S.1291, SNG ANS 747, SNG Ashmolean 2385, Gaebler AMNG 115,5, same obv die as Elsen 97/66). Elongated flan, toned, nearly very fine and rare.
