TIBERIUS, (A.D. 14-37), silver denarius, Lugdunum mint, issued A.D. 15-16, (3.55 g), obv. laureate head of Tiberius to right, around TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVSTVS, rev. TR POT XVII, IMP VII, Tiberius in triumphal quadriga to right, holding eagle-tipped sceptre and branch, (S.1762, RIC 4, BMC 7, RSC 48). Bright, slightly off centred, otherwise good fine and rare.
