JULIA DOMNA, wife of Septimius Severus, (A.D. 193-211), AE dupondius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 211-217 (12.91 g), obv. draped bust of Julia Domna to right, around IVLIA PIA FELIX AVG, rev. around CEREREM, SC across field, Ceres standing to left by modius, holding corn ears and sceptre, (S.7126, RIC 596 (Caracalla), C.13). With a dark brown patina, very fine with minor obverse pitting, with collector's ticket.
