ROMANUS I, (A.D. 920-944), AE follis, Constantinople mint, (7.60 g), obv. Romanus I bust facing, legend around, holding labarum transversely and cross on globe, rev. four lined legend, naming Romanus as king of the Romans, (S.1760, DOC 25, BMC 14-29). Good fine/very fine, scarce.
