William Vivian Stevens, cook, age 42, born at Durham Lead near Ballarat, Vic; Enl.21Feb1916 at Warrnambool, Vic; Emb.06Aug1916; RTA 27Aug1917 for 'Home Service' due to age - in his medical report it states he is 46 (not 42 as above) and 'looks it'; Disch.27Nov1917 as he was found to be medically unfit for General Service or Home Service; died 10Jul1935.
