Together with bestowal certificate for Air Medal; extract from unit history; extract from nominal roll; correspondence relating to the Governor General's grant of permission to wear the US award.

US Air Medal: 11 June 1968. 'Awarded for meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight in the Republic of Vietnam during the period 16 November 1967 to 2 March 1968.'
