GROUP OF FIVE: Pacific Star; Defence Medal 1939-45; War Medal 1939-45; Australia Service Medal 1939-45; Coronation Medal 1953. The first and last medals unnamed, 61373 T R A Clausen on second to fourth medals. All named medals impressed. Swing mounted, age toning, otherwise very fine.

Thomas Rex Allen Clausen, born 19Sep1922 at Parramatta, NSW; Enl.11Nov1941 at Sydney, NSW; served with RAAF Radar Unit at Milne Bay; Disch.17Dec1945 as T/Sgt ex ADHQ (Moresby); Appt to Reserve 12Jul1950; Enl.29Jun1951; for Coronation Contingent Duties 16Feb1953; Trf to General Reserve 18Aug1953; Disch.19Oct1953; Trf to General Reserve 08Jul1960.

With copy of full service file and copy of photo of RAAF 1953 Coronation Contingent showing Sgt T R Clausen. There were only 56 members of the RAAF component of the Australian Coronation Contingent.
