Octavian head to right bearded, around IMP CAESA[R] DIVI F III VIR ITER R P C, rev. simpulum, sprinkler, jug and lituus, border of dots, around COS ITER ET TER DESIG, (S.1544, Cr.538/1, C.91, Syd.1334, BMC Gaul 116). Deeply toned, banker's mark on cheek, otherwise very fine and rare.
