Sabinus, (89 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.86 g), obv. bare head of King Tatius to right, SABIN behind, palm frond to right, rev. two Roman soldiers each carrying a woman in his arms, [L.TI]TVR[I] in exergue, (S.249, Cr.344/1b, Syd.698a, B.Tituria 2). Toned, very fine and scarce.
