GERMANY, WWII, Kriegsmarine 2nd pattern E-Boat Combat Badge, mid war production in zinc, by Adolf Scholz, reverse with maker's mark 'AS' within a triangle and thin horizontal needle pin and top retaining hook. Retains much of the gilt, silver and oxidised finish to obverse and blackened finish to reverse, very fine/extremely fine.
