EFFICIENCY DECORATION, (EIIR), with Australia brooch suspender and First award Bar. 171802 Maj I.Cook C.M.F. on medal and I.Cook on reverse of Bar. Both engraved. In case of issue with riband and spare ribbon, Bar not fitted to ribbon, inside of case with foxing, medal extremely fine.
