Norman Dixon Cuddeford, bank clerk, age 20, born at Albury, NSW; Enl.03Dec1915 at Cootamundra, NSW to Reinf. 1st Anzac Cyclist Bn; Emb.03May1916; trf to 1Bn 27Aug1916 and to France; on command of Trench Mortar School of Instruction in the field 16Nov1916; rejoined 1Bn 03Dec1916; admitted to hospital with trench feet and paratyphoid fever also had various disciplinary issues in England; RTA 19Feb1919; Disch.25 May1919 Medically Unfit.
