THESSALY, Koinon of Thessaly, Provincial Imperial Coinage, Augustus, (27 B.C. - A.D. 14. AE diassarion (8.32 g), Megalokles, strategos, and Arist..., Tamias(?), obv. Laureate head right, rev. Athena Itonia striding right, hurling spear, shield arm, monogram in right field, (cf.S.34, Burrer Em. 2, Series 2, RPC I 1428, Rogers 67, BCD Thessaly II 917). Nearly very fine/fine and rare.
