D. JUNIUS ALBINUS BRUTI, (c.48 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.82 g), obv. Pietas head to right, PIET[AS] behind, rev. two joined hands holding caduceus, ALBINVS BRVTI F around, (S.427, Cr.450/2, Syd.942, RSC Postumia 10]). Toned, banker's mark on neck, otherwise toned, very fine.

Ex Dr. V.J.A. Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 109 (lot 3746) and the D.J.Foster Collection and previously from Spink Noble Sale 47 (lot 2096).
