GALBA, (A.D. 68-69), AE sestertius, (26.46 g), Rome mint, issued A.D. 68, obv. obv. laureate draped bust of Galba to right, around IMP SER SVLP GALBA CAES AVG TR P, rev. Libertas standing to left, holding pileus and vertical rod, around LIBERTA[S] PVBLICA, S C across, (cf.S.2118, RIC 309, BMC 71). Bronze gold patina, good fine or better and scarce.
