MARCUS AURELIUS, (A.D. 161-180), AE as, Rome mint, issued 164, (10.17 g), obv. laureate head of Marcus Aurelius to right, around M ANTONINUS AVG GERM SARM TR P XXXI, rev. Pax standing left holding cornucopiae and setting fire to a pile of arms, (cf.S.4985, RIC 1204, C.363). Toned, very fine and scarce.
