DIOCLETIAN, (A.D. 284-305), AE folles, Treveri mint, issued A.D. 298-9, (12.31 g), obv. laureate bust of Diocletian to right, around IMP DIOCLETIANVS AVG, rev. around GENIO POPV LI ROMANI, Genius standing to left, holding patera and cornucopiae, A to left * to right, TR in exergue, (S.12761, RIC 306a); another the same (8.16 g); another similar (10.46 g) with S F across, PTR in exergue (S.12762, RIC 582a) (illustrated); another same (11.81 g); another similar (12.30 g), (S.12761, RIC 170a); another left facing head, (9.29 g) (cf.S.12761, RIC 176a). Mostly extremely fine, several with silvering. (6)
