ROMULUS, posthumous issue c.310 A.D., AE quarter follis, Rome Mint, (2.14 g), obv. Around DIVO ROMVLO N V BIS CONS bare head of Romulus to right, rev. AETERNAE MEMORIAE, in exergue R T, domed shrine with doors ajar, surmounted by eagle, (S.15053, RIC 239); another, uncertain mint, probably Rome, (1.85 g). Fair - nearly very fine, very scarce. (2)

Ex Dr V.J.A. Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 107 (lot 3966) and also coming from an old Hungarian collection.
