John Mullins, miner, born at Murunda, NSW; Enl.1880 as 704 Gunner in NSW Artillery; served with Soudan Contingent in 1885; Disch.1887; WWI: at age 49 Enl.03Apr1916 at Perth, WA in 44Bn (Service No.591); Emb.06Jun1916; served in France; RTA 22Jul1917 due to debility and age; Disch.03Oct1917 as Medically Unfit; Died in Perth in 1939.
