AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL ANTARCTIC RESEARCH EXPEDITION, Macquarie Island in bronze (54mm) by the Royal Australian Mint (cf. C.A/11), Antarctic misspelt as ANTARTIC on the reverse (see J.O'Connor, NAA Journal no.10, pp51,53). Edge inscribed 'D.J.Barrett 1985'. In case of issue, uncirculated and extremely rare only twenty struck with the error legend.
