AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO BELT BUCKLE, tongue side only, c1800s, in dark bronze, features kangaroo looking behind and with joey in pouch, similar in style to George Stubbs' oil painting in 1772, The Kangouro (sic) from New Holland. Very fine.
