Commodus as Hercules, standing facing left, holding cornucopiae and sacrificing out of a patera over an altar, lion's skin hanging from a tree, (S.5863, BMCRE 677, RIC 591, Cohen 178). Attractive green toning, nearly very fine or better and a rare type.
