VICTORIAN POLICE BAND, c1930s, Queen Victoria crown cap badge in nickel and enamel, no maker's mark, hollow back with curved scroll. Extremely fine.

Even though it has a Queen Victoria crown, this badge was not introduced until about 1926 and continued with this crown until about 1947 when a King's crown was first used.
