GREAT BRITAIN, 48th Foot (Northamptonshire Regiment), 1820-55, officer's shoulder belt plate in gilt bronze and white metal. Most gilt polished away, otherwise good very fine.

The 48th served in the Australian colonies of New South Wales and Tasmania 1817-24.
