MACRINUS, (A.D. 217-218), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.37 g), issued A.D. 217-18, obv. bearded Macrinus laureate cuirassed bust to right, around IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG. rev. Felicitas standing to left, holding cornucopiae and caduceus, around FELICITAS TEMPORVM, (S.7332, RIC 60, RSC 15b). Toned, nearly extremely fine and rare.
