TRAJAN DECIUS, (A.D. 249-251), AE double sestertius, issued 249-250, Rome mint, (29.60 g), obv. radiate cuirassed bust to right, IMP C M Q TRAIANVS DECIVS AVG, rev. Victory advancing left, holding wreath and palm, VICTORIA AVG around, S C across field, (S.9397, RIC 126a, C.-). Attractive green patina with a forceful portrait, good very fine - nearly extremely fine and a rare denomination.
