William Henry Moulton, accountant, age 42, born at Newcastle; NSW; Enl.25Aug1915 at Perth, with 10 years prior service with 4th NSW Infy attaining rank of Captain; Emb.23Nov1915; to join BEF ex Alexandria 20May1916; joined 11Bn at France 30Jul1916; RTA 01Feb1918 overage and with debility; Disch.03Apr1918 Medically Unfit.
