ELAGABALUS, (A.D. 218-222), silver antoninianius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 219, (5.42 g), obv. radiate bust of Elagabalus draped to right, around IMP CAES M AVR ANTONINVS AVG, rev. around VICTOR ANTONINI AVG, Victory running right holding wreath and palm, (S.7500, RIC 152, RSC 294). Struck on a large flan, nearly extremely fine, scarce.

Ex B.W.Ahearn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 62 (lot 2042).
