ANCIENT BRITISH, Celtic Coinage, Atrebates and Regni, Tincomarus, first coinage, (c.25 BC - AD 10), silver unit, Tincomarus Comet type, (1.27 g), obv. star with six rays and central dot, rev. boy riding dolphin to right, (S.88, Bean TIN 4-8, BMC 946-77, Van Arsdell 371-1) (illustrated); Iceni Coinage, Antedios, (A.D. 10-30), silver unit, (1.20 g), obv. double crescent emblem, rev. horse to right, traces of ANTEDI monogram under horse, (S.441, Van A. 710-711, M.419-421). Toned, fine - nearly very fine and scarce to rare. (2)
