GERMANY, Hannover, Wallmoden-Gimborn, Johann Ludwig, ducat, 1802 (KM.C.3; Fr.3509). Reverse rim bruise at 4 o'clock, otherwise nearly uncirculated and very rare, only 400 struck.

Johann Ludwig was the illegitimate son of British King George II from the extramarital connection with Amalie Sofie, wife of Adam Gottlieb von Wallmoden. He was raised under the name Wallmoden-Gimborn in the Imperial Court. With research.
