MACEDON, Thessalonika, Augustus, with Tiberius, (27 B.C. - A.D. 14), AE 20, issued after 4 B.C., (8.82 g), obv. laureate head of Augustus right, **QESSALO[NIKEWN]*, rev. bare head of Tiberius right, around **TIBERIOS KAISAR*, (S.176, RPC 1565, BMC 5.117,74). Dark green patina, mild surface pitting, otherwise very fine or better and rare.
