HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), (high quality 19th century cast copy of) AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued 134-38, (23.55 g), obv. laureate bust to right of Hadrian, around HADRIANVS AVG COS III PP, rev. [DI]SCIPLINA S C below, Hadrian walking right followed by accensus and three soldiers carrying standards, (S.3590, RIC 746, BMC 1485, C.541). Attractive brown patina, very fine and rare.
