GROUP OF SEVEN: 1939-45 Star; Africa Star; Burma Star, - clasp - Pacific; Defence Medal 1939-45; War Medal 1939-45; Australia Service Medal 1939-45; Australian Service Medal 1945-1975, - clasp - SW Pacific. K.Avery 23631 on all medals, the fourth medal with D for duplicate. All medals engraved, the fifth and sixth in an unofficial style. Swing mounted, good very fine.

Kenneth Avery, born 03Dec1921 at Bullahdelah, NSW; Enl.03Dec1939 at Sydney for 12 years; served in various postings including Cerberus, Yarra, Leeuwin, Rushcutter, Platypus, and Melville between 10Oct1939-31Dec1945; attained rank of Petty Officer; Disch.1951.
