CARRIAGE CLOCK, late 19th century French porcelain panelled repeating carriage clock, dial signed A. Reitz, corniche cased with pink and gilt porcelain panels, musical instruments to the centre of the Roman dial, cupids either side of the alarm dial, also cupid on the side panels, the right hand panel with damage, the twin barrel mechanism with rack striking on a gong and lever platform escapement with uncut bi-metallic balance, (165mm high). Extremely fine.
