PORT PHILLIP FARMERS SOCIETY, instituted 1848, in gold (22ct, 37.8g, 38.5mm), inscribed on reverse, 'Wheat/1st Prize/awarded to/Mr T. Smith/Bacchus Marsh/1859'. Edge knocks on obverse at 9 o'clock, reverse 2 o'clock, good very fine and extremely rare.
