THE SURGEON GENERAL'S CENTENARY MEDALLION, Royal Australian Army Medical Corps, 2003, in gilt bronze (oval 90x45mm), by A.J.Parkes. In case of issue, uncirculated.

Together with a personally signed card of thanks from Professor John Pearn (Major General John Pearn AO RFD (Retd) and former Surgeon General of the Australian Defence Force). This medal was instigated by him and only 50 were produced. The card with the medal states that it is medal 14 of 50.
