OPENING OF THE FORTH BRIDGE, 1890, in bronze (64mm) by L.C.Lauer (Nuremburg), obverse, view of the cantilever bridge, reverse, 'The/ Bridge was/ Opened by H.R.H./ The Prince of Wales/ on Tuesday March 4, 1890' and construction details in ten lines (BHM 3399, Eimer 1754). Light scratching and mark in field above bridge, otherwise good extremely fine.
