Together with box of issue and accompanying Summary of Conditions of Award confirming entitlement, addressed to Mr W.S.Simpkins, Intermediate High School, Forbes, NSW; also WWI dog tag in aluminium for 1424 R.Simpkins (probably father of W.S.Simpkins).
