BRITISH TOWER MILITARY ISSUE PERCUSSION PISTOL, 19th century, lock plate with a crown over VR and also 1853 over TOWER and a crown atop a downward pointing arrow, smooth 16 bore (16mm), original captive ram rod, curved plain timber grip with brass end plate with belt fitting bracket, plain 155mm barrel and on the top is impressed with ordnance view and proof marks; together with approx 90 percussion caps in a Ransom & Marles Bearing Co Limited box. Fine.
