MACEDON, kingdom of Philip III, (323-316 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (17.088 grams), Babylon mint, issued 323-317 B.C., obv. head of Herakles to right with lion skin, rev. Zeus seated to left, eagle in outstretched hand, **P*MB monogram below throne, wheel over **PRU* in lower left field, to right **FILIPPOU, below **[B]ASILE[WS], (cf.S.6749, Price P189, BMC P189a-b, M.P29, Demanhur Hoard 4609). Good very fine/very fine.
