HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 134-8, (2.84 g), obv. bare head of Hadrian to right, around HADRIANVS AVG COS III PP, rev. Hadrian veiled standing to left, sacrificing with patera over tripod, around VOTA PVBLICA, (S.3550, RIC 290, RSC 1481, BMC 780). Good very fine.
