SABINA, wife of Hadrian (died A.D. 136-7), silver denarius, Rome mint, obv. drapped bust to right, her hair arranged in a braid behind the neck, around SABINA AVGVSTA, rev. Venus standing right holding apple and raising drapery from her shoulder, around VENERI G E NETRECI (S.3924, RIC.396, RSC.73, BMC.947. Good fine.
