AEOLIS, Cyme, (after 165 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (15.734 grams), obv. head of Amazon Cyme to right with hair bound with ribbon, rev. horse pacing to right, one handled vase at feet, all within laurel wreath, before **KUMAIWN, below in exergue **SEUQHS*, (cf.S.4183, Oakley Issue 61c [ANSMN 27, same dies], BMC 79 [same dies]). Has been plugged, otherwise good very fine and rare.

Ex Collection of Patrick Cooper and previously from Sotheby's Auction May 12, 1983 (lot 262 at Å“95+), lot comes with his tickets.
