MESOPOTAMIA, Rhasaena, Trajan Decius, (A.D. 249-251), AE 25, (12.85 g), obv. radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, rev. founder, holding scepter, plowing right with pair of yoked oxen, above, eagle standing facing on palm, head left, holding wreath in beak, in exergue, river-god swimming right, (S.-, BMC 16, Castelin 95, SNG Copenhagen 250). Toned, good fine and rare.
