T. CARISIUS, (46 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.51 g), obv. head of Juno Moneta to right, MO[NETA] behind, rev. cap of Vulcan over anvil between tongs and hammer, T. CARISIVS above, (S.447, Cr.464/2, Syd.982, B. Carisia 1). Old cabinet toning, struck off centre on reverse, extremely fine and very scarce.
