TIBERIUS AS CAESAR, (A.D. 14-37), AE quadrans, Lyons (Lugdunum) mint, issued 12-14, (4.92 g), obv. laureate head right, around [TI CAESAR AV]GVST F IMPERAT VII, rev. ROM ET AVG below front elevation of the Altar of Lugdunum, (S.1756, RIC 245, C.37). Attractively toned, struck slightly off centre on reverse, otherwise very fine with a strong portrait and scarce.
