GETA, (209-212 A.D.), silver denarius, issued 198-212 A.D. 200 A.D., Laodicea ad Mare Mint, (3.40 g), obv. bare headed draped bust of Geta to right, around L SEPTIMIVS GETA CAES, rev. SPEI PERPETVAE around, Spes walking to left, holding flower and raising skirt, (S.7202, RIC 96, C.192). Attractive blue and gold toning, extremely fine and scarce.
