MAXIMINUS, (A.D. 235-238), silver denarius, Rome mint, (2.69 g), issued 235, obv. IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. P M TR P P P, Maximinus in military uniform standing to left between two standards holding a spear, (S.8311, RIC 1, RSC 46). Toned, good very fine - nearly extremely fine.
