AEMILIAN, (253 A.D.), silver antoninianus, Rome Mint, (3.21 g), obv. radiate bust to right of Aemilian, draped and cuirassed, around IMP AEMILIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, rev. APOL CONSERVAT around, Apollo standing left, resting against lyre and holding branch, (S.9830, RIC 1, RSC 2). A few edge splits, othwerwise nearly extremely fine and rare.
